Hello everyone,
Sorry it took me that long. After my business trip the HD channels were working (and are still working).
I guess it needed some time to get activated.
Many thanks for all your suggestions and your propositions to help me.

This was the first thing I tried. Power off and on, unplug and replug, same thing with the switch... Still nothing.RobertM napisal/-a:Try reset Arris (power off - on)

atepej: I just noticed that by going through all the settings. I also noticed a setting where I can choose between SD, 720p, 1080i and 1080p but it does not change anything.
The switch is connected to FTTH and then I have two Ethernets cables, one going to the Arris, one going to the TP-Link.
