[English] HD Channels not working

Zravo!

I just arrived in Slovenia and for the moment, ne govorim slovensko...

So I will write this message in English, hoping I am not breaking any rules.

I have a T2 packet with Internet and TV, everything works great but, when I'm going to any HD channel, I have the following message: "na tej napravi ogled programa ni mogoč". I understand from Google Translate that this means my device cannot display this channel, but I don't understand why.

If this can help, I have an Arris VIP 1113 that I link in HDMI with a Sony Full HD TV.

Maybe the right answer would be :rtfm:, but I can't find anything. And looking for my problem on Google does not help...

Thierry can you tell me are you on xDSL or FTTH. And also you can set tv box language to English.

I think RobertM fixed it, if you hawe any problems you are welcome on this forum - you are not breaking any rules ;-)

This was the first thing I tried. Power off and on, unplug and replug, same thing with the switch... Still nothing.

Send your contact adress (on witch you are using T-2 services) and phone number on witch you will be available to: ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=7583 (Romana) or to: ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=7361 (Me) you send it with click on Potrdi.

AFAIK T-2 is charging an additional fee for the ability to watch HD channels (its called "HDTV vmesnik"). It would be probably best to get in touch with T-2 support and find out why HDTV is disabled for your STB.
Spremljanje programov v formatu visoke ločljivosti je omogočeno le ob naročenem HDTV vmesniku in ob predpostavki doseganja ustreznih tehničnih parametrov (fizične omejitve linije).
BTW: You can change the interface language in your STB settings to English if you like.

atepej: I am on a business trip abroad until beginning of March, so I will see at that time if it changed, if not, I will send you the private message.

mikrohard : I saw for the interface language, thanks. I did not know for the "HDTV vmesnik", but since I have the "L package" and the "HD Package", it should be activated. Nevertheless, your message tends to show there should be a way to enable or disable HD, so getting in touch with them could be a good idea.

Hi! As was already mentioned by other members of the forum, your HD signal has probably not been activated yet. Please send us your user information on our private email, so that we can check your settings and activate your HD signal if necessary. Additional payment of this service depends on the services that you are currently subscribed to. If you are using one of our bundle services via optical fiber network, the service is already included into the price, otherwise, additional payment is necessary.

Hello everyone,

Sorry it took me that long. After my business trip the HD channels were working (and are still working).

I guess it needed some time to get activated.
