V čem je težava, da stran https://www.outdoorgearlab.com/ že lep čas ne dela iz T-2 omrežja? Pri nekaterih drugih ponudnikih stran dela normalno?

To je vprašanje za upravitelje te spletne strani. Očitno blokirajo dostop iz določenih IP-jev.

Uporabi VPN pa boš videl, da to ni "prava stran". In nekaj takega, da ti iz nekega IP-ja odpre stran X, iz drugega pa stran Y (ter da ni problem na DNS-jih, ni vmes nekega spoofanja, ostane veljaven HTTPS certifikat), lahko naredi samo server.

On očitno vidi nekaj drugega. Poizkusil sem še iz telemachovega in arnes omrežja pa je isto. Če je kje problem je potem problem na strani.

Mogoče imajo pa celotno Slovenijo blacklistano na spletni strani.

Ali ima še kdo težave z dostopom do vreme.arso.gov.si in potresi.arso.gov.si?

Trenutno normalno odpre... sicer pa error 500 načeloma nikoli ni tvoj problem (razen, če na kak čuden način dostopaš do strani).
